At NAKED Copenhagen, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shoebox or packaging, then secure them inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
